Here are two great programs that we are involved with each year:
Irvine Public Schools Foundation
Public schools are the cornerstone of our community. The number one reason people move to Irvine is for the quality of our schools.
In Irvine, we have been able to preserve quality education despite an archaic state funding system that bases IUSD's allotment on property values established in the 1970s.
For many years this outdated system provided inadequate funding far below the state average. In 2006-2007, equalization moneys have reduced the shortfall, but IUSD is still below the State's goal of funding Districts at the 90th percentile.
The Irvine Public Schools Foundation (IPSF) believes that effective community support is needed to provide the best educational opportunities for our children. When you make an investment through IPSF, you're making a statement. That you won't settle for mediocre education in your community. That your children deserve the best.

Irvine Global Village Festival
The Festival celebrates the diversity of the citizens of Irvine and of Orange County. Come and celebrate by joining the Walk for Unity, experiencing exhibits, merchants, and entertainment from several cultures, learning about many of the community partners serving our community, and sampling food from various regions.
